P-3C Orion

Lockheed's long-lived Orion, descended from the ill-fated Electra airliner, is only now beginning to fade away, after some six decades of patrolling the world's oceans. Boeing's P-8 Poseidon has now completely replaced the Orion in front line USN squadrons, but a number still serve on in ISR and second line roles for the time being.
