Rahway Valley #15 2-8-0 walk around

Rahway Valley #15, seen here at Steamtown, is a Baldwin-built 2-8-0 constructed for the Oneida & Western (as their #20) in 1916. It was sold to the Rahway Valley in 1937, and worked that line until retired by a diesel in 1953. The RV hung onto #15 until 1959, when it was acquired by F. Nelson Blount for the original Vermont-based Steamtown in 1959. It ran there until a boiler tube accident in 1973, and subsequently became part of the collection of the Steamtown National Historic Site at Scranton, PA.
